1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to dreamjtravel.com and any request, quote, reservation or travel service arranged through Dream Journey Travel (“Dream Journey”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By submitting a booking request, accepting a quotation or paying an amount toward a reservation, you agree to these Terms and to any supplier-specific conditions disclosed before confirmation.

If a mandatory consumer law gives you greater protection, that law will continue to apply.

2. Our role and travel suppliers

We may act as an organiser, booking intermediary or sales agent depending on the service. Flights, hotels, tours, vessels, vehicles and other travel elements may be delivered by independent third-party suppliers. Their schedules, baggage rules, entry conditions, operational policies and terms may also apply.

We will identify material supplier conditions in the quotation or booking confirmation where reasonably available.

3. Quotes, availability and confirmation

  • Website content and initial quotations are invitations to book and do not guarantee availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required payment has cleared.
  • Names must match the traveller’s passport or official identity document exactly.
  • Requests submitted through the website may require manual review before confirmation.

4. Prices, fees and payment

Prices may depend on availability, currency exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier fees and travel dates. We will disclose the total known price and payment schedule before confirmation. Bank, card or currency-conversion charges imposed by a payment provider may be separate.

Failure to pay by the stated deadline may cause the supplier to cancel the reservation without liability to us.

5. Traveller responsibilities

  • Check passports, visas, health requirements, travel advisories and destination entry rules.
  • Provide accurate contact, identity, medical, accessibility and special-request information.
  • Arrive at airports, meeting points and transfers within the stated check-in time.
  • Review the confirmation immediately and report errors without delay.
  • Maintain suitable travel insurance for cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage and disruption.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and amendment rights vary by service and supplier. The policy shown in your quotation or confirmation controls. Some fares, tickets, permits, service fees and peak-period reservations may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Requests must be sent in writing. A refund, when approved, is returned through the original payment method after the supplier releases the funds. Processing time may depend on banks, airlines and other providers. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more detail.

7. Changes by suppliers and force majeure

Travel arrangements may change because of weather, safety concerns, government action, strikes, transport disruption, public-health events, natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control. We may offer an alternative, credit or refund where required by the applicable supplier terms or law, but cannot guarantee reimbursement for unrelated losses.

8. Health, safety and conduct

Travellers must follow lawful instructions from guides, crew, drivers and authorities. We or a supplier may refuse or end service when conduct threatens safety, disrupts others, violates local law or materially affects the trip. Participation in diving, water sports, desert activities and other adventures may require health declarations, waivers or age restrictions.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of suppliers, missed connections caused by separate bookings, loss arising from inaccurate traveller information, or indirect and consequential losses.

Any claim should be reported promptly with supporting documents so that we can assist and preserve rights against the relevant supplier.

10. Website, intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, branding, design and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal travel planning only. You must not interfere with security, scrape protected data, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person or use the site unlawfully.

11. Privacy, cookies and Google services

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. This website may load Google services, including hosted fonts or maps. Those services are governed by Google’s own policies, and Dream Journey Travel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
